Amanda is a graduate of Wesley Theological Seminary and a Candidate for the Unitarian Universalist ministry. In August, she will begin a new settlement as the Senior Leader at the Washington Ethical Society in Washington, DC, which recently voted to affiliate with the Unitarian Universalist Association.
She graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Religious Studies, and then worked in Washington, DC as a nonprofit fundraiser before beginning seminary. She lives in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of Washington with her husband, Peter, their daughter, Marcella, and their two mischievous cats.
